All in-store salon services require an advance booking. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

We strive to provide timely service to all our clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time or reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other clients. Repeated late arrivals may result in a booking deposit requirement for future appointments.

Payment for salon services is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash. Prices for services are subject to change.Any promotional offers or discounts must be presented at the time of booking or before the service begins.
